I’m Suzy Galazka
Welcome to Forever Suzy, my creative studio nestled in the heart of Chicago. I’m a designer, strategist and nature lover and I believe: If you do good, I do good, and we all do good.
Outside of the studio life, I’m a breathwork practitioner, bodyworker, and maker - crafting sensory objects and art that support regulation, reflection, and reclamation. I draw inspiration from the in-between: the fluid, the intuitive, and the raw authenticity of creative talent. I believe in the healing power of creation and movement, and understand the role of nervous system regulation through art, breath, and embodied care.
